Simba, Yanga ruksa kuijaza Benjamin Mkapa 2023/2024
IKIWA zimesalia siku chache kuelekea kuanza kwa hatua ya Makundi ya Michuano ya CAF Champions League na CAF Confederation Cup, Shirikisho la Soka Barani Afrika (CAF) limeziruhusu Klabu zote kuingiza Mashabiki kwa Idadi ya Uwanja husika pasipo kuomba ruhusa kutoka CAF.
Awali CAF walitoa ruhusa ya 15% hadi 30% ya Mashabiki kuingia Uwanjani kwa sharti la Klabu kuomba ruhusa hiyo mapema kwenye Shirikisho hilo kutokana na kuwepo maambukiza ya virusi vya Corona (Coronavirus).
Hiyo ni baada ya Shirikisho hilo kujiridhisha kuwa nchi za Afrika zote zimefanikiwa katika udhibiti wa Maambukizi ya virusi vya Corona (Covid-19)
Ni rasmi sasa Vilabu vya Tanzania Simba na Yanga kuujaza Uwanja wa Mkapa uliopo Jijini Dar es salaam ukiwa na Uwezo wa kuingiza Mashabiki Elfu Sitini (60,000).
Kwenye hatua hiyo Simba na Yanga zote zitakuwa na mechi tatu za nyumbani ambazo zitapigwa kwenye uwanja huo (Kwa Mkapa).
Mechi hizo kwa Upande wa Yanga ni dhidi ya TP Mazembe ya DR Congo, dhidi ya Real Bamako ya Mali na US Monastir ya Tunisia, ambapo mechi ya kwanza ya nyumbani itakuwa dhidi ya TP Mazembe February 19, 2023 dhidi ya TP Mazembe.
Kwa upande wa Simba SC, mechi za nyumbani itakuwa dhidi ya Vipers SC ya Uganda, dhidi ya Raja Casablanca ya Morocco na dhidi ya Horoya Athletic Club ya Guinea na mechi ya kwanza nyumbani itakuwa dhidi ya Raja Casablanca February 18, 2023.
Presence of spectators in CAF competitions – Cancellation of the application procedure Dear Secretaries General.
With reference to the procedure provided for in the CAF circular of October 31, 2021 relating to the sanitary conditions for the admission of spectators to its competitions, and following the improvement of the sanitary conditions linked to the Covid-19 pandemic, please note that CAF has decided to lift the obligation for member associations and clubs to request permission for spectators to enter all CAF matches.
As a result, spectators are once again allowed in the stadiums for CAF competitions and at home matches, without member associations and clubs having to ask CAF for permission.
Notwithstanding the above, we would like to point out that, in accordance with the CAF Stadium Regulations (2022 edition) Chapter IV – Spectators, Article 48.02:
“At any time, due to safety and security, medical, stadium compliance issues, or due to force majeure and unforeseen circumstances. CAF reserves the right not to authorize or limit the presence of spectators at a specific match, in which case a communication should be sent to the member association or club concerned.”
CAF will nevertheless continue to closely monitor the evolution of the pandemic,
and, in the event of a significant change in circumstances, will propose the appropriate measures to ensure the safety of all those concerned and the smooth running of its competitions, including if necessary, re-implement relevant hygiene obligations and measures.
